At Milld Store, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our food products; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and non-perishable items. Due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

Receive Authorization

Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

Processing and Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
